Rümi | Creative Strategy, Design, Animation and Illustration

Rümi is the consumer subsidiary company of ATCO, based in Alberta, Canada. Below is an assortment of videos I’ve designed and animated using After Effects CC for Rümi’s Happy to Help Campaign. Each of these designs were then reanimated using Animate CC into simplified HTML5 banner versions that can be found here. For each video, I was supplied copy in a word document and was tasked to initially create high fidelity illustrated storyboards to produce the video animation once approved by the stakeholders. The objective was to sell the brand, products, and services by bringing warmth, friendliness, and character to the designs. Through this process, I focused on the interplay of illustrative, typographic, and animation techniques to bring the Rümi brand to life.
