Science of Stress Infographic
Designed and illustrated an infographic exploring the science of stress, translating complex psychological and physiological research into an accessible visual narrative. All illustrative and design assets were built entirely from scratch in Adobe Illustrator CC, with the piece structured to distil dense, evidence-based content into clear visual communication for a broad general audience.
